Privacy Policy
Vardryn Dominion
Policy updated: October 13, 2026
Developer / publisher: NgDinhNha
1. About the game and audience
Vardryn Dominion is an offline real-time strategy game. You play locally with computer-controlled opponents and allies. The game does not require an account and has no online multiplayer, cloud synchronization, or developer-operated gameplay server. It is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. People aged 13–17 may still be minors under local law; the regional choices below apply when required.
2. Google Mobile Ads and information used for advertising
The game uses Google Mobile Ads SDK for a banner on the main menu and an interstitial after a completed match if you choose Rematch or Main Menu. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related device information to deliver, personalize, measure, and protect advertising. The specific data and purposes can depend on your region, privacy choices, ad settings, and the partners enabled in Google's services. NgDinhNha does not operate an advertising server or include a separate analytics SDK.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) retrieves consent status and, where a message is configured for this app, presents the corresponding privacy messages and choices. The game requests ads only when UMP indicates that ad requests are permitted. Google may process consent and privacy-choice signals to provide these services. The availability and content of regional messages depend on applicable rules and the messages configured for the app. Google's own processing is also described in its Privacy Policy.
3. European consent choices
For people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google UMP may present a consent message when applicable rules require it and a matching message is configured for this app. If the form is available, you can make or revisit the advertising choices it offers. When UMP indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required and the corresponding options are available, the game provides Settings → Privacy choices. You may change or withdraw a choice there when available. Rights under applicable data-protection laws may also include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or lodging a complaint with a regulator.
4. United States state privacy choices
For residents of US states with applicable privacy laws, Google UMP may present a state privacy notice and choices when a matching message is configured for this app and applicable rules call for it. Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or sale/sharing. Use the choices shown in the message when available. When UMP indicates that a continuing entry point is required and the corresponding options are available, the game provides Settings → Privacy choices. The choices displayed and their effect can vary by state and Google's message configuration.
Google describes its privacy and messaging options in AdMob Privacy & messaging.
5. Gameplay data stored on your device
Match progress and settings are stored locally in Android's private app storage so the game can restore a match and remember preferences. The game does not send this gameplay data to a developer-operated server. Removing the app or its app data may remove locally stored progress and settings. Android backup or device-transfer behavior depends on Android and your device configuration.
6. Network access, retention, and platform services
Core gameplay works offline, but ads and UMP privacy services need network access. The app requests Internet and network-state permissions for those services. Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed with the app or its data. Google and its partners control their own advertising-data retention, security, and deletion practices under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Google Play, Android, and device providers may separately process information under their own terms when you install or use the platform. That processing is separate from gameplay data stored by the game.
7. Changes to this policy
If our data practices or advertising services change, this policy will be updated to describe the change. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.
