Summary: Celestial Simian is an offline single-player game. It stores your language, audio preferences, best score, and talent upgrades locally on your device. The app has no account, ads, or analytics and does not send this game data to us.

1. Scope

This policy describes the Celestial Simian Android app and its handling of game data. It does not cover Google Play, Android, or other services that operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Information stored on your device

The app saves these game settings and progress in local app storage on your device:

• Your selected game language.
• Whether music and sound effects are muted.
• Your best score.
• Your in-game talent upgrades and related progress.

The app does not ask you to create an account or enter your name, email address, or other personal details to play.

3. Collection, use, and sharing

The standalone game is designed to work offline. It does not send the saved settings or progress listed above to NgDinhNha or to an analytics, advertising, multiplayer, leaderboard, or cloud-sync service. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Google Play and Android may separately process information when you obtain, install, update, or use the platform. That platform processing is governed by the relevant Google and device-provider notices, not by this game.

4. Retention and deletion

Your settings and progress remain in the app's local storage until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. The app has no account or server copy of this game data, so NgDinhNha cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.

To remove the saved game data, clear Celestial Simian's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. The app does not provide its own cloud backup or sync. Android backup and device-transfer rules are configured to exclude the app's data; platform behavior can also depend on Android version and device provider.

5. Security

The game keeps the listed settings and progress in app-local storage and does not transmit them. Protect access to your device and use its available screen-lock and security settings.

6. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe the new behavior. The effective date above identifies the latest version of this policy.
