1. About this policy
Wukong Immortal (the “Game”) is a single-player action game developed and published by NgDinhNha (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what the Game stores on your Android device and how its advertising and consent-management software handles information.
2. Game data stored on your device
The Game stores gameplay progress (including stage completion, Ashes currency, unlocks, and statistics) and preferences such as language, audio, and touch settings in private local app storage. The Game does not require an account or login, and we do not operate a game server or cloud-save service for this information. Game-owned save and settings data are not sent to us.
You can delete gameplay progress using Settings → Wipe Save Data. This does not delete your separate settings file. To remove both save data and settings, clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it using Android settings.
3. Advertising and third-party data
The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK to provide advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to manage consent and privacy choices. Ads may appear on menus and other non-gameplay screens. Optional rewarded ads can provide in-game benefits, such as Ashes, a doubled stage reward, or a revive. Interstitial ads may appear at eligible transitions; the Game applies an approximately six-minute cooldown after a successful interstitial display and suppresses an interstitial in a result flow where a rewarded ad was watched. Ads are not required to play the Game.
Google’s SDK documentation says the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share these categories for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:
- Approximate location: IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
- App activity: interactions such as app launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostics: information such as launch time, hangs, energy use, and SDK performance.
- Device or other identifiers: identifiers such as Android Advertising ID and App Set ID, and other applicable identifiers described by Google.
These practices are handled by Google’s SDK, not by a game account or a server operated by us. Google’s handling may depend on device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
4. Consent and privacy choices
When the Game starts, it asks Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to refresh consent information. UMP determines whether a privacy message is required and available, and the Game requests ads only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. Depending on the applicable region and the publisher’s current Google AdMob Privacy & Messaging configuration, a message may ask about advertising consent in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. In applicable U.S. states, the privacy-options message may include choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising.
For U.S. state choices, UMP can record the applicable decision in a Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signal on the device. Google documents that the GMA Next-Gen SDK uses GPP signals for applicable U.S. state privacy settings; details are available in Google’s U.S. states privacy guidance. The Game does not maintain a player account or receive a separate copy of that signal. Message availability, eligibility, regions, and choices depend on UMP and the publisher’s current Google AdMob configuration; this policy does not promise that a particular message is enabled for every user or region.
If UMP reports that a privacy-options entry point is required, you can open it from the Game’s Settings → Privacy Options. UMP controls which options are available. You can read this policy in the Game at Settings → Privacy Policy.
5. Security and retention
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Information handled by Google is subject to Google’s retention practices and privacy controls. We do not receive or retain Game save data on our own server.
6. Children and audience
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. It is a single-player game with no user accounts, chat, user-generated content, or in-app purchases. The third-party advertising SDK may process the technical information described above. A parent or guardian who has a privacy concern may contact us using the link below.
