1. About this policy
This policy explains how Pixel Kart Rush, an Android kart-racing game published by NgDinhNha, handles information. The app is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not designed for children under 13. People aged 13–17 may still be minors under the laws where they live.
The game does not require an account and does not send game saves or gameplay progress to a publisher-operated server. It includes Google's advertising and consent software, which handles information as described below.
2. Game information stored on your device
The game stores information in app browser storage on your device. This includes your coins, stars, karts and upgrades, race and drift records, mission progress, auto-accelerate and sound-volume settings, and local ad-frequency and cooldown state. The publisher does not receive this game information through a game account or gameplay server.
The game has no in-game reset or delete control and does not set a time-based retention period for these saves. You can remove app data using Android's app-storage settings or uninstall the app. Android device backup settings or system behavior may affect whether app data is backed up or later restored; we cannot guarantee that clearing or uninstalling the app removes every backed-up copy.
The local ad-frequency state helps the game manage when an interstitial may be shown. It is not an advertising profile maintained by the publisher.
3. Google Mobile Ads and information shared with Google
The Android app includes Google Mobile Ads. It may offer an optional rewarded video after a race; when Google reports that the reward was earned, the game doubles the coins already earned in that race. The game may also show an interstitial after returning to the hub, subject to its frequency limit. Ads are not required to continue playing, and an ad-loading failure does not block game navigation.
For Google Mobile Ads SDK version 25.5.0, Google's disclosure says the SDK automatically collects and shares:
- Identifiers: Android Advertising ID and App Set ID, and other account identifiers where applicable.
- Device and network information: IP address, which Google says may be used to estimate general location.
- App activity: interactions such as app launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostics: information about app and SDK performance, including launch time, hang rate, and energy use.
Google lists advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention as purposes for this SDK data. Google is the recipient and handles the information under its own policies and settings. Google says this SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS and that Android Advertising ID collection is optional. You can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID in Android settings; this does not delete other information Google may have handled. These statements describe Google's SDK disclosure and do not make a broader encryption or retention claim about every part of the app.

4. Consent and privacy choices
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) with Google AdMob Privacy & messaging. At app startup, UMP requests updated consent information and shows an available configured message when Google determines one is required. Depending on your location, applicable requirements, and the messages available for this app, you may be offered consent choices under European regulations in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, or privacy and opt-out choices under applicable US state regulations. People may see different messages or no message.
If Google indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required, the app provides Settings → Privacy Options so you can review or change the choices available there. The entry may not appear for everyone. Google's choices govern Google's advertising data; they do not delete local game saves.

5. Security
Game progress and settings are stored in app browser storage on your device. Protect your device and use its screen-lock and backup settings as appropriate. We do not control device-level backups or restoration. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS; see Google's SDK disclosure for details about that service.
6. Changes to this policy
If the app's information practices change, this policy will be updated. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
