Terms of Service for NgDinhNhaStudio
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NgDinhNhaStudio (the “App”), a software and game studio workflow application that enables authorized users to prepare, upload, and publish content through supported third-party services, including Blogger, YouTube, and TikTok.
By accessing the App, connecting a third-party account, or using an App feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or authorize it to access a third-party account.
1. Purpose of the App
NgDinhNhaStudio provides workflow and publishing tools that help authorized users prepare and transfer content to services they control or are otherwise authorized to use.
Supported functionality may include preparing publication metadata, creating Blogger posts, uploading videos to YouTube, uploading video drafts to TikTok, checking publication or processing status, and maintaining authorization required for these actions.
Availability of individual features may depend on the APIs, permissions, policies, review status, account eligibility, rate limits, moderation systems, and technical requirements imposed by the relevant third-party service.
2. Eligibility and Account Authorization
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so and meet the eligibility and age requirements of each third-party service you connect.
Certain features require you to connect an account from a supported third-party service through that service’s official authorization mechanism, such as OAuth. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect the account and to perform publishing or upload actions through it.
NgDinhNhaStudio does not require you to provide your Google, TikTok, or other third-party account password directly to the App. Authorization is performed through the official authentication and API systems provided by the relevant service.
3. Publishing and User Control
You remain responsible for the content you choose to prepare, upload, or publish through NgDinhNhaStudio.
The App performs external publishing or upload actions only through an authorized workflow. Connecting an account alone does not mean that all prepared content will automatically be uploaded or made public.
Some supported services require an additional action by the authorized user before content becomes publicly available. In particular, the current NgDinhNhaStudio TikTok integration uploads content as a TikTok draft. The authorized user must open TikTok, review or edit the content as appropriate, and complete the final publishing action within TikTok.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NgDinhNhaStudio only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, and resources that you are authorized to use.
You must not use the App to:
- upload, publish, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use;
- violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of another person or organization;
- distribute malware, fraudulent content, deceptive content, or other harmful material;
- bypass platform security controls, API restrictions, rate limits, account restrictions, review requirements, or authorization requirements;
- use unofficial credentials, stolen credentials, browser-session extraction, or unauthorized access methods;
- misrepresent an upload, draft, processing state, or private resource as publicly published content; or
- use the App in violation of the terms, policies, developer rules, community guidelines, or other requirements of a connected third-party service.
5. Third-Party Services
NgDinhNhaStudio integrates with third-party services using their official APIs and authorization systems. These services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms, policies, privacy practices, availability rules, and developer requirements.
Use of Google services through the App remains subject to applicable Google terms and policies. Use of TikTok functionality remains subject to applicable TikTok terms, platform policies, developer requirements, and community guidelines.
NgDinhNhaStudio does not control whether a third-party service accepts, processes, restricts, moderates, removes, delays, or publishes submitted content.
6. Google API Services
When you authorize Google functionality, NgDinhNhaStudio may use official Google APIs to create Blogger content or upload video content to YouTube, depending on the permissions you grant and the action you request.
NgDinhNhaStudio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. TikTok Services
When you authorize TikTok functionality, NgDinhNhaStudio may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to transfer video content that you intentionally select.
The current NgDinhNhaStudio TikTok integration uses the Upload to TikTok workflow. Content is uploaded for further review and completion by the authorized user inside TikTok. A successful API upload does not mean that the content has been publicly posted.
TikTok may independently impose account eligibility requirements, API access restrictions, moderation, processing limits, rate limits, review requirements, or other platform controls.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for and any applicable rights to content that you provide to or publish through NgDinhNhaStudio.
Using the App does not transfer ownership of your content to NgDinhNhaStudio. You grant only the limited permission necessary for the App to process and transfer content in order to perform the actions that you request.
The NgDinhNhaStudio name, software, workflow materials, documentation, and original assets remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Privacy
Information about how NgDinhNhaStudio accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and protects information is provided in the NgDinhNhaStudio Privacy Policy.
10. Security
NgDinhNhaStudio uses reasonable technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, accidental publication, or disclosure of credentials.
OAuth credentials and authorization information used by local workflow tooling are intended to remain in private credential storage and are not intended to be committed to public source control, embedded in public content, or written to public logs.
No electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Service Availability and Changes
NgDinhNhaStudio may be changed, updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Features that depend on third-party APIs may stop working temporarily or permanently if a provider changes its APIs, policies, permissions, pricing, review requirements, authentication systems, or service availability.
There is no guarantee that a particular publishing or upload action will be accepted, processed, or completed by a third-party platform.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
NgDinhNhaStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No warranty is made that the App will operate without interruption, that every third-party integration will remain available, or that content submitted through the App will be accepted, processed, or published by a third-party service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NgDinhNhaStudio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, third-party service interruptions, account restrictions, content moderation, failed uploads, or unauthorized use resulting from circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Revoking Access and Ending Use
You may stop using NgDinhNhaStudio at any time.
You may revoke third-party authorization using the account-management tools provided by the relevant platform. Locally stored authorization credentials may also be deleted to prevent the App from using them for future requests.
Access to the App may be limited or terminated where necessary to address security concerns, abuse, legal requirements, platform-policy requirements, or violations of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when NgDinhNhaStudio functionality, supported platforms, legal requirements, or third-party API requirements materially change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
